This listing is for a free repair or replacement. The shipping charge at checkout covers return shipping from us back to customer.
• Repair will take place once item is returned by customer and this order has been issued. Please include Name and Order Number with jewelry in secure package.
• Please allow 2-4 business days for item to be repaired before reshipment. An email with tracking information will be sent to the email provided once complete.
• This will allow you to track your package via your receipt as you could before. Please ensure your address is correct prior to implementing your re-issue.

*New chains or components: If you do not desire to send your necklace in for repair, and would only like to receive the completed replacement chain or desired component, please select "NO" in the drop down.
Jewelry must be sent back with all of its components in a protected package - not in a standard letter envelope as your piece will get damaged through USPS letter sorting machines. We will not replace pieces that did not need repair. Please include all beads, chain, clasp, etc. An invoice will be sent to cover additional components if needed.
