We are a family owned small business offering handcrafted jewelry, and other accessories, and can not meet the same expectations as a large manufacturer or corporation.
Cancellations & ModificationsPlease ensure all of your order information is correct before processing your order. We may be unable to make adjustments to orders prior to shipment.
Orders of one-of-a-kind pieces can not be cancelled as these items are always first come first serve. When an item is ordered it is no longer available to anyone else. It would be unfair to others and us as a business to allow cancellations of these items as we do not offer "holds" on products.
Why can’t I return or exchange my item?
All of our jewelry is handcrafted in our studio! Almost every piece is made-to-order. This means we do not create a piece of jewelry until it is ordered, hence our 2-4 business day turn around time. This also means that we do not have back stock like large retailers on hand, and do not have the proper storage and systems in place to do so. We also prefer that each person receives a brand new, freshly created piece of jewelry with the ability to choose the exact specifications they prefer. Offering made-to-order items also allows us to provide a broader range of items & variations.
However, if we’ve made the mistake of sending you an incorrect item or variation, please let us know so we can get your proper item on its way to you!
